A typical rooftop view of Yazd, a UNESCO heritage city. Wandering through the streets of old town felt like walking through a Persian museum with no barriers.

I met and traveled with this amazing and incredibly intellectual couple to a old Zoroastrian temple outside of Yazd. They're both geologists in Tehran, and they gave me a long ass lesson on the type stones used in the thousand year old temple.

I've also learnt so much about their progressive views which other Iranians hold and just how much we share actually share in common.
This was taken outside an old Zoroastrian temple up in the mountains, Chak Chak. “Chak Chak” is the sound of the water drops hitting the rocks within the temple.

Although the temple was surreal, the view outside at sunset was much better.
